This 52m² self-contained apartment, has space for working on a laptop or sketchbook, for research, or for relaxing with a book. The kitchen/living room offers views of the garden to the West through shuttered windows and air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a separate bedroom, with a king size bed, and a shower room with toilet.

Underneath the property is a workshop, with doors that open onto the garden to the West. Currently in use by a carpenter (so not yet photographed) this workshop will offer a clear space with trestle tables and an easel for working in a **mix of media.

The building sits away from the road and main property, ideal for those seeking a quieter space. All accommodation is on the first floor with a South-facing balcony overlooking the large back garden, where squirrels and birds offer a welcome distraction during evening apéros.

Residents based here will still be very much included in the activities of the main property, welcome to chat with other residents in the garden, invited on occasional day trips…very much part of team Studio Faire!

** Materials or processes which may cause physical illness or initiate fires are not permitted for use at Studio Faire, this includes toxic pigments, paint thinners, spray paints and flammable or combustible products. Such chemicals as these are also extremely hard to dispose of safely, in accordance with French law, and therefore could cause environmental danger if disposed of incorrectly. Our aims are to safeguard the property, our resident’s health and the planet as best we can, rather than to stifle creativity!
