Mastering Portraiture with Colin Usher
An inspiring photographic day class at Studio Faire in Nérac.
Colin guides you through the set up and capture of striking portraits.
You will be hands on with your camera in the studio, utilising both natural and studio flash light, learning how to set the mood, how to direct your subject to bring the best out of them and how to capture your subject’s unique character.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding your camera and it’s settings and set up for use other than studio portraits.
The course is hands-on with technical hints and tips throughout the day.
You will leave with a series of digital portraits that you have shot of each other and digitally processed using Adobe Lightroom.
Colin has a playful approach to teaching and is passionate about portrait photography.

This 1 day course, which includes refreshments and a simple lunch, is educational, entertaining and inspiring.
Course fee: 120.00€
Includes refreshments & lunch.
Students will ideally bring their own camera.
Maximum class size of 5 people. 10 am until 5pm.
One-to-One masterclasses are also available on request.
The course is based in English but French will be attempted.

Cancellations: A full refund will be given for any cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course start date.
